plz help

Heya, Hope someone actually reads this, im a full time mom of a almost 12 week old baby and im extremly stressed... we have an extremly evil neighbor... hes that bad he calls the police on us all the time we make a noise.. its stupid... He is a drunk and even tried to hit me before... Only good thing about my life is my fiancee and my baby girl... I dont understand why hes so mean to me... I did nothing bad and hes jealous as hell as hes a complete drunkern old man who rather sit on his ass all day PRETENDING to be ill to his doctor... Im just glad hes being evicted as hes stressing me out to the point ive been diagonsed with PND... sounds bad cuz it is... I get upset easily... i lash out... not on my baby no way.... I am now on medication to stop myself being upset all the time... I just want that ass hole gone.. I had enough of him harrassing us...
